Overview
As a Product Designer at SobatBisnis Group, you’ll help shape user experiences across multiple digital products under our growing tech ecosystem. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complexaproblems into elegant, user-centered design solutions—bringing clarity to chaos and purpose to pixels. We’re looking for someone who’s not just a great designer, but a problem solver, a thinker, and a collaborator.
Responsibilities
Translate business needs and user goals into intuitive design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications for development
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape product direction
Ensure design consistency across platforms while advocating for usability and accessibility
Participate in design critiques and contribute to the evolution of our design system
Requirements
2+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX Proficiency in Figma (or other design/prototyping tools)
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric thinking and clean visual design
Understanding of design systems and responsive design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments is a plus
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end workflows
Motion design or interaction prototyping skills
Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or multi-brand ecosystems
